I have received the wrong wine
Sometimes things don’t go to plan and we are very sorry if you have received an incorrect wine that you did not order.
Please contact our friendly customer support team HERE and attach clear photos of the item you have received, the delivery label and the packaging.
Once you have submitted your enquiry, we will be able to review and provide you with a resolution.
My wine is faulty
Purchasing through Distinction Wines Australia “shop with peace of mind” policy means that we endeavour to achieve a favourable outcome if your wine is deemed faulty.
To help provide you with a speedy solution, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible HERE to let us know, providing your order number and further comments to describe the fault.

Change of mind policy
Change of mind returns are given at the sole discretion of Distinction Wines Australia on a case by case basis. Please contact us HERE to check if your return can be accepted by us.
Wines that are returned without Distinction Wines Australia’s approval will not be eligible for a refund.
