NOSE: An elegant bouquet of white florals, whole nectarine, almond meal and flint.

PALATE: A complex Chardonnay expressing white florals and stone fruit aromatic laced over oak spice and flint. The palate lingers with citrus and cream notes intertwined with sandalwood and spice.

VINEYARD REGION: Yarra Valley, Margaret River

VINTAGE CONDITIONS: The Yarra Valley saw a dry and mild season. Cool temperatures in lead-up to vintage with a burst of warm weather emerging in March, resulting in earlier picking amongst the vines. The growing season in Margaret River got off to a strong start with adequate water resources available due to slightly above average winter rainfall. Below-average temperatures throughout summer resulted in a later start than recent years, as a result the fruit and resultant wines have concentrated fresh flavours and bright acidity.
