The 2020 Eddystone Point Riesling is a pale straw colour with a green hue. The nose displays lifted aromatics of citrus blossom, fresh green apple and lemon zest. Juicy vibrant and refreshing on the palate. Citrus, lime and red apples-skin texture. A light talc structure gives focus and length, perfectly offset with sugar balance giving generosity on the back palate.
Food Matching Suggestion: Freshly caught Tasmanian flathead, with fresh lime, coriander and just a lick of salted Tasmanian cultured butter.
