Rolf Binder Eden Valley Shiraz 2018

This Shiraz is made with fruit grown at a higher elevation in premium vineyards in Eden Valley, one of which is owned by our white winemaker, Christa Deans.

This Shiraz displays elegance and a finer tannin structure, ensuring longevity on the palate when paired with the wine’s subtle acid backbone.

Matured for 22 months in American oak barrels, the wine has imparted soft, leathery notes and vanillan character which delicately enhances the splashes of forest berries, dark chocolate and sweet spice.

Drinking well now even in its youth, but will impress for years to come.
