Croser NV Blanc De Blancs

This is the third release of the Blanc de Blancs label. An exciting wine to have back in the Croser line and an opportunity to celebrate Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.

Colour: Bright clear pale straw

Nose : A bright and fresh nose with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. Complimented by subtle hints of pastry and cashew offering a nuanced and invigorating aroma.

Palate: A bright and refreshing palate, showcasing an elegant and linear citrus profile with a lovely texture. Layers of cashew and pastry add depth and roundness.
