Cupio Dry Sparkling Rosé NV

Pinot Noir grapes were used as the backbone of the wine to achieve the right level of juiciness, crispiness, depth & intensity. The nose displays floral notes, fresh raspberry and strawberry fruit, fresh citrus and nuances of sweet dough/yeast. Juicy redcurrant and raspberry flavours on the palate with slight minerality expressing stone fruit and citrus notes – perfectly balanced with subtle creaminess and a crisp natural acidity.
