Halliday Wine Companion 2025
"...The palate opens and unfurls, showing its many facets over the course of minutes, not seconds. The sappy grape tannins cover the tongue and it's as seductive as it is moreish. This is just stellar winemaking from a beautiful fruit source." - Shanteh Wale

Wine Pilot - Tony Love 2025
"Katnook’s top shelf The Odyssey is a wine with revered provenance and quality – and out of a stellar 2021 vintage this wine is all that and more...Once tasted it’s all about the Cabernet berry characters, sappy varietal tannins, mouthwatering dark grapey flavours, and an upright and solid structure, though never heavy or clunky. That’s the trick to its immense pleasures."
