TASTING NOTES
The Katnook Estate 2020 Shiraz is deep red with magenta hues. The Shiraz opens with plums, violets and spice. There are sweet notes of mocha and coffee, a very inviting Shiraz. The palate is rich yet restrained, supple yet driven, round and friendly but still showing characteristics of elegant cool climate Shiraz. This is a bright, crunchy and pleasing wine. With careful cellaring this Shiraz will age gracefully for up to 10 years.
