Fragrant aromatics showing barrel fermentation and sweet ripe lemon and peach aromas coupled with a palate of sweet ripe fruit, complexing balanced oak and fine acid backbone giving the wine wonderful length of flavour.

Appearance: Light straw gold

Bouquet: Roasted cashew & hazelnut combined with sweet lemon, ripe stone fruits and complexing warm spices. Balanced sweet oak aromas providing hints of malt, nougat & toasted brioche.

Palate: Richly flavoured with sweet peach, nectarine and citrus flavours with juicy bright acidity on the palate beautifully balanced with the richness and creaminess imparted by barrel fermentation and lees contact.
