Vintage: Coonawarra's 2015 vintage was the earliest on record. An ideal growing season of slightly above average temperatures and dry conditions produced Chardonnay fruit with intense flavour, freshness and distinct varietal character.

Oak Maturation: This wine completed fermentation in small oak barriques and was matured for approximately fourteen months.

Cellaring Potential : Suggested cellaring 5 to 12 years.

Colour: Pale gold with light green tinted edges.

Nose: Appealing fruit aromas of nectarine, white peach and citrus highlighted by vanilla and light toast notes.

Palate: A richly layered palate of stone fruit flavours with hints of cashew and vanilla. Subtle oak characters smoothly integrated with barrel maturation.

Food Matching: Gravlax salmon with a mustard dill sauce, roast chicken with duck fat potatoes or a creamy pasta carbonara.
