The French oak maturation adds vanillin and savory complexity to the nose. The palate displays beautiful and elegant varietal fruit like cassis and plum interlaced with bay leaf and chocolate box notes. The subtle oak balances perfectly with the fruit’s power and precision. The long, fine tannins of this wine provide effortless length.
