A wine of finesse and power, this full bodied Chardonnay displays classic varietal characters and intense fruit flavours. Barrel fermentation and yeast lees maturation provide complexity and texture that, with a fine acid line, deliver elegance and length of flavour.
Pale straw in colour with a youthful green tinge, this wine displays Intense and bright aromatics of white nectarine, pink grapefruit, ginger and lime citrus with subtle hints of flint, grilled hazelnuts, cashew and fresh brioche. A medium to full bodied Chardonnay with flavours of grapefruit, nectarine, nougat, and a ginger spice on the palate. A lovely textured wine with a fine acid line that supports the long length of flavour. Classic Margaret River!
Enjoy with Asian spiced Pork belly, grilled fish or honeyed haloumi skewers.
Cellaring potential 5-7 years.
